Aiyedatiwa Unveils Date for Ondo LG Chairmen Swearing-In

The newly elected chairmen of the 18 Local Government Areas in Ondo State will officially assume office on February 10, 2025, following a brief delay due to the funeral rites of the late former Secretary to the State Government, Hon. Temitayo Oluwatuyi, scheduled for early February.

Governor Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa confirmed the new inauguration date during a meeting with top government officials to finalize arrangements. He expressed the administration’s commitment to ensuring a seamless transition and urged the new chairmen to prioritize effective governance in their respective councils.
