At least 50 women from various parts of Ondo State have received training and empowerment from Noble-Eagle, a company under the Johnvents Group, as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility.
The initiative, held in Akure and titled “Project Nourish Africa,” focused on equipping the participants with soap-making skills aimed at promoting entrepreneurship and self-reliance.
In addition to practical skills, the women were trained in areas such as business development, SME operations, branding, packaging, and preparing for market entry.
Managing Director of Noble-Eagle Industries, Ademola Atolagbe, stated that the programme was designed to foster entrepreneurship and financial self-sufficiency among women.
He noted that Project Nourish Africa is committed to providing women with essential skills, business acumen, and market readiness to enhance their economic participation.
Atolagbe emphasized the company’s dedication to community development through investments in human capital and local enterprise, adding that their focus is on empowering people and creating economic opportunities with long-term impact.
“Our mission is to support women, especially in underserved areas, to become business owners and contribute meaningfully to Nigeria’s MSME sector,” he said.
