Advancing Skills: Joemarine Institute Honours Dr. Dennis Otuaro for Contributions to Maritime Skill Development
The Joemarine Institute of Nautical Studies and Research honoured Chief Dennis Brutu Otuaro, Ph.D, the Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), with an Award of Honour in recognition of his pivotal contributions to advancing maritime skill development and educational opportunities for youth in Nigeria. The award ceremony took place during the commencement of a Refresher Course for Maritime Delegates under the Amnesty Programme.
Speaking at the event, Engr.
