This follows the remarkable success of Phase 1, held just two weeks ago, and continues a visionary journey that has captured national attention and earned widespread commendation and admiration. With a heart fixed on transformation and a mind sharpened by wisdom, Dr. Otuaro is not just administering a programme; he is nurturing a legacy billed to stand the test of time.
Organised in partnership with the prestigious Nigerian Army Resource Centre (NARC), Abuja, the three-day capacity-building programme themed “Leadership, Alternative Dispute Resolution, and Mediation” is far more than a training—it is a movement.
