Presidential Birthday Felicitations from IYC, Great Britain and Ireland Chapter

The Ijaw Youth Council (IYC) Great Britain and Ireland Chapter has extended warm birthday felicitations to Chief Dr. Dennis Brutu Otuaro, the Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP) and the esteemed Owelle 1 of Africa, on the occasion of his birthday.

In a congratulatory message signed by Collins Tamarameniyemene Oluba, the Information Officer of IYC Great Britain and Ireland Chapter, the council lauded Chief Otuaro as a product of the Ijaw and Niger-Delta Struggle. The message expressed deep appreciation for his leadership role in the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), highlighting his contribution towards addressing the needs of PAP delegates and the larger Niger Delta Region.

The council further prayed that God, in His infinite mercy, would grant Chief Otuaro divine wisdom to steer the affairs of PAP toward the realisation of its purpose, benefiting both its delegates and the region at large.
