The Management and Staff of Arogbo-Ibe Voice (AIV) Reporters heartily felicitate with Hon. (Dr.) Kingsley Kemebradigha Kuku, Esq., former Chairman of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP) and former Special Adviser to former President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan on Niger Delta Affairs, on the occasion of his birthday.

On this special day, we celebrate a distinguished leader and seasoned administrator whose contributions to peace-building, youth empowerment, and sustainable development in the Niger Delta remain remarkable. As a former helmsman of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, Hon. Kuku demonstrated visionary leadership and strategic commitment to human capital development, fostering stability and progress across the region.

We proudly describe him as an Architect of Development, in recognition of his instrumental role in shaping policies and initiatives that enhanced opportunities for thousands of beneficiaries and strengthened the socio-economic framework of the Niger Delta.

In the spirit of compassion and social responsibility that has long defined his public service, we further commend his humanitarian gesture of supporting 50 aged mothers with a total sum of ₦500,000 to assist those who cannot afford daily meals. This act of kindness reflects his enduring commitment to uplifting the most vulnerable members of society and reinforces his legacy as a leader who prioritizes people-centered development.

As he marks another year, we commend his dedication to service, nation-building, and the continued advancement of the Niger Delta cause. We pray for renewed strength, wisdom, and greater accomplishments in the years ahead.

Happy Birthday, Sir.
