The Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP) and Special Adviser to the President on Niger Delta Affairs, Chief (Dr.) Dennis Brutu Otuaro, has extended warm congratulations to Mr. Mathew Oweigha Tonlagha, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Maton Nigeria Limited, as he marks his 50th birthday.
In a goodwill message commemorating the golden jubilee, Otuaro, speaking on behalf of his family, described Tonlagha as a distinguished son of the Niger Delta whose life reflects commitment, patriotism, and service to humanity.

“He is widely regarded as a dependable pillar within his community, whose contributions to social progress and grassroots development speak louder than words,” Otuaro noted.
Reflecting on the significance of the milestone age, Otuaro described the attainment of 50 years as a testament to divine grace and mercy, while offering prayers for continued good health, strength, and longevity.
