OTUARO CELEBRATES TONLAGHA AT 50, DESCRIBES HIM AS A SYMBOL OF NIGER DELTA PATRIOTISM
The Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP) and Special Adviser to the President on Niger Delta Affairs, Chief (Dr.) Dennis Brutu Otuaro, has extended warm congratulations to Mr. Mathew Oweigha Tonlagha, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Maton Nigeria Limited, as he marks his 50th birthday.
In a goodwill message commemorating the golden jubilee, Otuaro, speaking on behalf of his family, described Tonlagha as a distinguished son of the Niger Delta whose life reflects commitment, patriotism, and service to humanity.
He praised the celebrant’s journey as an accomplished businessman of Ijaw extraction, noting that Tonlagha has built reputable investments across oil and gas, engineering, and other strategic sectors of the economy.

“He is widely regarded as a dependable pillar within his community, whose contributions to social progress and grassroots development speak louder than words,” Otuaro noted.
