The Member representing Ilaje/Ese-Odo Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, Hon. Donald Kimikanboh Ojogo, has extended warm felicitations to the Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), High Chief (Dr.) Dennis Burutu Otuaro, PhD, on the occasion of his birthday.
In a goodwill message personally signed by him, Hon. Ojogo described Dr. Otuaro as “a remarkable individual, a brother and friend who has dedicated his life to serving his environment and its people.”
The lawmaker noted that as Administrator of the PAP, Dr. Otuaro has consistently demonstrated enviable leadership, blending knowledge and experience in ways that have brought renewed purpose and direction to the Programme.
